Week 2 of my 30 Day clean eating Snapchat challenge and the results are in! You all wanted me to give you another run through of what I have been eating so you will find it all below. You can see Week 1 here in case you missed it, but I documented it all on Snapchat if you’re following me there!
As mentioned to you all last week, I use the Weightdrop app to keep track of any gains and losses. After Week 2 I lost 1.7kg. So for the 2 weeks it’s a grand total of 3.2kg which is just over 7lbs (half a stone!!)
Again it’s all thanks to you for all the encouragement and motivation you are giving me! I screengrabbed a few, keep them coming I really appreciate the kind words, I’m happy to help you all and I always reply! Delighted you are seeing results too!
Similar to last week my plan was 5 small meals a day – smoothie, breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. Eating every 3-4 hours. Also taking Vitamin D, Zinc and Multivitamins. Anything cooked is fried in Coconut Oil. And opt for Gluten Free and Dairy free where possible. I have some tips to get you started here, and there’s plenty of info in the My Health Corner section too!

I ate little and often, enough to sustain a busy lifestyle that has no exercise other than the daily walk in my commute to work and I opted for the stairs rather than the elevator (from the 4th floor) all this week too as I had much more energy. Again as mentioned this is just what works for me, I can’t ensure this will work for everyone. I’m very happy with the half stone weightloss after 2 weeks.
